Step 1: Your Annual Wins Log

For each question, reflect on the themes of the year and what feels important to capture based on any feelings of positivity that come up for you.

What are your proudest achievements this year?

How have you grown professionally?

Which project was the most impactful to the business?

Who did you help the most this year and how?

What’s your biggest lesson learned?

What did you enjoy doing the most?

Step 2: Your Monthly Wins Log

For each month write down at least 3 things you are proud of, that you learnt, that went well, or that you got positive feedback on.
